Return/Refund Policy: 

If for whatever reason Wally did not meet your expectations and you are unsatisfied with our product (and for that we are deeply sorry!), please contact us at wallywanderingwallaby@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase to get a refund. We will happily accept unused/unworn products with tags attached (if applicable), however please note that return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policy:

Our Free Standard Shipping option will take 2-5 business days. 

Shipping is currently only available for US shipping addresses. 

Holiday Shipping Deadlines:

Holiday orders MUST be placed by DECEMBER 11th to guarantee delivery by Christmas!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, our system is only able to process shipping options within the U.S. However, if you reach out to us directly at wallywanderingwallaby@gmail.com, we would be happy to discuss international shipping options and rates to organize a custom order!

Where is Wally made?

Wally is proudly made in Colombia! We work with a small, family-owned manufacturing company in Bogotá, and use materials made by a family-owned textile company also located in Bogotá!
